Welcome to Denim and Duds. In this document “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Denim and Duds, and “you” refers to anyone using our website. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Payment Policy, govern your use of our store.

By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We operate within the United States, and these Terms are written for customers located there.

Who can order

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You also confirm that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.

Your account

Some parts of the site may let you create an account. If you do, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything done under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Product information and accuracy

We work to describe everything we carry accurately — fit, wash, materials, and measurements included. Even so, colour and texture can look different from one screen to another, and denim washes naturally vary slightly between individual pieces. That variation is a characteristic of denim rather than a defect.

Product details, images, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors in a listing, and if an item turns out to be unavailable after you order we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Placing an order

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; it is not an automatic acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel an order, before or after confirmation, in situations such as:

• The item is out of stock
• A pricing or description error is discovered
• We cannot verify the billing or delivery details provided
• The order is flagged during fraud screening
• The delivery address falls outside our service area
• We reasonably believe a purchase is for resale rather than personal use

If we cancel a paid order, the full amount is returned to the original payment method. Order quantities may be limited at our discretion.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US Dollars and can change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout when you pay. Sales tax is calculated where applicable and shown before you confirm. Accepted cards, authorization, declined transactions, and refund methods are all covered in our Payment Policy.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only, for a flat charge of $15.23 per order. Our daily cut‑off is 2:00 PM CST, processing takes 1 – 2 business days, and transit typically takes a further 3 – 7 business days. Delivery windows published on the site are estimates for planning, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit is in their hands. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, page layout, and the Denim and Duds name — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark rights. You are welcome to view and share our pages for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, resell, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

When using our site, please do not:

• Breach any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others, including our staff
• Submit false information or use another person’s payment method

If any provision here is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms stay in force.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
